Born and raised in Singapore, queer owner Millie understands how it feels to not belong; to be looked down upon, belittled and judged. Entering the alpha male-dominated tattoo industry in Singapore in 2013, she found her way to San Francisco in 2016 where she sought to create a space where gender/status is null. A space where no one should feel less than what they are, and should walk out with more than what they were. With her team of beautiful talents, she believes that tattooing is the art form that binds us all as equals; to provide top quality work catered specifically to each individual client.
UNDRGRND continues to strive to create a safe place for anyone who wishes to get tattooed without feeling mishandled or mistreated. We all bleed the same.
